Insplorion Investigates Sale of Instrument Business
September 4, 2026
Gothenburg, September 2026 – The Board of Directors of Insplorion AB (publ) (“Insplorion” or the “Company”) is investigating the possibility of selling the Company’s instrument business.
Following the recent changes in the Company’s structure, the instrument business has continued to generate new orders and remains an asset for Insplorion. The Board believes that a new owner with the appropriate resources and industrial context may provide better conditions for further developing the business and realizing its full potential, which may be positive for both customers and Insplorion’s shareholders.
“We continue to see value in the instrument business that Insplorion has built over the years. At the same time, a sale would be a natural step in our ambition to change the character of Insplorion and create the conditions for a new direction for the Company,” says Johan Seltborg, CEO of Insplorion.
